1. The Promoter is Westpac New Zealand Limited ("Westpac").
2. Registration and eligibility: You must register by 11:59pm on 17 July, 2019 to be eligible for the prize draw promotion. Westpac customers who have one or more Mastercard credit or Debit cards (excluding business cards) are eligible to register for the prize draw, unless they have a balance transfer on that card. If there are joint or additional cards on your account, they will be included in the registration automatically.
3. Entry period: From 22 May, 2019 to 17 July, 2019 inclusive (the 'Entry Period').
4. To enter: Every eligible purchase (excluding cash advances, balance transfers, fees, charges and interest charges) made using your Westpac credit or debit Mastercard, including through Apple Pay, during the Entry Period, will give you one entry into the prize draws, or two entries for every eligible retail purchase made using your Westpac credit or debit Mastercard through Westpac Pay.
5. For the weekly prize draws there are 8 merchandise packs to be won in total, one merchandise pack for each weekly prize draw.

7. For the main prize draw there are 29 prizes to be won:
   a. One 7-day package to Japan to see the final of Rugby World Cup 2019™ on 2 November, 2019, including returns flights for two people, accommodation, hosting and $1,000 spending money loaded on to your Westpac Mastercard
   b. Four 7-day packages to Japan to see New Zealand v South Africa on 21 September, 2019, including returns flights for two people, accommodation, hosting and $1,000 spending money loaded on to your Westpac Mastercard
   c. Two 5-day packages to Japan to see New Zealand v South Africa on 21 September, 2019, including returns flights for two people, accommodation, hosting and $1,000 spending money loaded on to your Westpac Mastercard
   d. 22 merchandise packs.
8. A random prize draw for the main prizes will take place on 25 July, 2019.
9. Incomplete entries will be rejected. Entries will be deemed accepted upon time of receipt and not upon time of submission or dispatch.
10. Winner(s) for the main prize draw will be notified by telephone/e-mail on or about 26 July, 2019. If winner is not reasonably able to be contacted within 2 days of the prize draw, the prize shall be forfeited and another winner will be drawn. You also consent to Westpac NZ emailing you at the email address you provided with further details of the prize draw promotion.
11. By entering, you consent to Westpac publishing your name, should you win on the Westpac website at westpac.co.nz; the Westpac hotpoints website at hotpoints.co.nz; the Westpac NZ Facebook page; the Westpac hotpoints Facebook page and in any other forum that Westpac considers appropriate.
12. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Westpac may substitute the prize or any portion of the prize with an alternative prize of equivalent value without notice.
13. If Westpac cannot run the prize draw as planned, Westpac may extend the entry period or postpone or cancel the prize draw. If so, a notice will be posted at westpac.co.nz/rugby
14. Westpac may disqualify an entrant for (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; or (c) engaging in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
15. All decisions made by Westpac are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. You are fully responsible for any tax implications arising from accepting the prize.
17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Westpac (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the prize draw or acceptance or use of any prize.
18. To the extent permitted by law, neither Westpac nor its agents will be responsible for the quality of any prize once issued. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other statutory rights that the winner may have in relation to the prize.

1. Each winner and his/her guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time (as available and set out at https://info.tickets.rugbyworldcup.com/tickettc-e/ or such other webpage as determined by Rugby World Cup Limited ("RWCL") from time to time), the tournament organiser (Japan Rugby 2019, "JR2019") and all applicable venue owner or operator rules and regulations to access Rugby World Cup venues and any other areas associated with Rugby World Cup (including any terms of accreditation determined by RWCL). Further each winner and his/her guest(s) acknowledge that he/she may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with RWCL and/or JR2019 concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the prize.
2. Winners and/or guests shall not, while using any Rugby World Cup tickets, display or publicise any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or an abuse of the Rugby World Cup tournament, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of RWCL or the Rugby World Cup tournament. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause will cause significant damage and loss to RWCL.
3. The Promoter may pass personal information relating to prize winners to RWCL and/or JR2019 (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup 2019™ tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of RWCL and/or JR 2019 relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners.
4. This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of RWCL. Accordingly, the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the promotion, not RWCL or any other persons involved in the staging of Rugby World Cup 2019 (including JR2019) and World Rugby (formerly the International Rugby Board), all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion.
5. Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are winners’ sole responsibility. Limit one (1) per household.
6. All prize details, including, without limitation, the exact nature and duration of the Trip, will be determined by the Promoter in its sole direction. Trip must be taken on dates(s) specified by the Promoter or prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received, if time permits.
7. Actual value of prize will vary depending on winner’s city of departure and final travel requirements and activities; any difference in value will not be awarded.
8. If any prize-related activity(s) is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, toward the balance of the prize or to award an alternate prize of equal or greater value in full satisfaction of prize award.
9. The Promoter, in its sole direction, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation.
10. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. If any prize-related activity(s) is cancelled or postponed for any reason, before or after Trip arrangements are made, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the balance of the prize or to award an alternate prize of equal or greater value in full satisfaction of prize award.
11. If, for any reason whatsoever, winner and/or guest are unable to participate in the Trip after all Trip-related arrangements have been made, the Promoter shall have no further obligation to winner and/or guest and no alternate winner will be selected.
12. Prize and prize elements may not be separated or redeemed for cash.
13. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and are responsible for obtaining and possessing all required valud photo ID and travel documents prior to and during travel, including, but not limited to, valid passports/visas (if required).
14. Exact details of the onsite activities, including but not limited to date, time, location and duration are at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Itinerary and programme elements are at the discretion of Mastercard and are subject to change. Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable venue and/or hotel rules and regulations in connection with the prize.
15. The Promoter and the applicable onsite representatives reserve the right in their sole discretion to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest who engages(s) in a nonsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person during the Trip. Winner and guest will be escorted out of the hotel, venue and/or any other Trip aspect by Promoter, the applicable onsite representatives or their designated agent(s) for improper conduct and/or violation of federal, state or local laws (including, but not limited to, the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and unlawful drug paraphernalia) and, in the case of any such infraction, Promoter will have no further obligation to winner, and winner and his/her guest will forfeit the balance of prize.
16. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any elements of the Trip.
17. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, and in connection with the Trip, additional air and ground transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, airline luggage charges, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges and other miscellaneous travel expenses are winner’s sole responsibility.
18. Trip prize winner and companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that the Promoter has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
19. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) will be permitted, except by Promoter, in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability of other causes otherwise determined solely by the Promoter, and then for a prize (or applicable portion) of equal or greater value.
